Painting Pro painted the outside of our home 10 years ago and it still looks great. We later had them repaint our... kitchen cabinets white and they turned out beautiful, way beyond our expectations. Recently we had them repaint all inside doors and trim and what a difference it has made. We will definitely used them again as they are always polite, courteous , on-time and leave no mess behind. There prices are very competitive and worth the money.read more

I see the response below from the company. They are lying. They supplied a quote to my property manager, in no way did... anyone tell them a poor paint job was acceptable. Of course it is not. I think once they started applying the paint they realized how thirsty the surface was. My review stands. Poor job. Painting pro did a poor job on my house. Two sides of it look really bad, like they did not receive enough prep or paint. Painting Pro said they could not fix these two sides of the house, it would cost me too much extra money to make these two sides of the house look decent, and then they put a little paint on one small part of the house that looked bad, to make it look like they were trying to resolve the issue. At least three people have asked me who painted my house, they wanted to be sure they did not get the same company, because it looks so bad. They also broke my screen door and then tried to charge me extra to fix it. With all the good reviews on here, I'm surprised at the experience I had, but that makes it even more important to share my experience, so people have an accurate picture of this company and the work they perform.read more

When I need any painting done, I will look no further than The Painting Pro. I had nothing but a positive experience... from my first meeting with Brian, through the completion of the work. Each time Brian has observed and... recommended needed repairs to the trim and siding, and offered professional advice regarding paint. His crew was friendly and did an excellent job each time, leaving behind no evidence they were here except for a much nicer looking house. I highly recommend Paining Pro.read more

They were really helpful with scheduling our project (exterior of a... large house), giving us plenty of notice, and gave us a lot of help with preparation and minor repairs prior to the paint crew beginning. The paint crew was careful, thorough, thoughtful, and tidy, and the house looks great now. We would not hesitate to call them again when we need a painter. I had an amazing experience with Painting Pro. Late in the season there were some scheduling issues, but they were in... constant contact keeping me aware of the situation. When the weather just became too unpredictable I suggested they just put me on their schedule for the next spring. As soon as everything warmed back up, they were again in communication with me and while Idaho's weather decided to throw some curve balls, I was always aware of my status and their plans. When the weather finally cooperated, they were out and with amazing efficiency and speed (most of the work was done in a single day!) had my home looking like new. They are concerned about the quality of their work and will do their utmost best to make sure their customers are happy with their service.read more
